Ingredients:
Gram Flour: 2 cup Cress (methe): 3 pinches
Dry mint: 2 pinch Coriander grain: 4 pinches
Spinach: 1 cup (chopped) Cayenns (Daddar mirch): 1 tsp
Green chilies (elongated chopped) : 2 Potato: 4 (chopped elongated)
Cumin (Zeera): 1 pinch salt as per taste
Onion: 2 & ½ (medium sized and chopped in round shape)
Brinjal: cut them into layers.

Process:
Mix all these ingredients well. Turn the flame on, put on the frying pan. Pour 1 packet of oil, and let it warm well. Then use a spoon to put that mixture in oil one by one. Take them out when the colour turns to hash brown.
