White Rice Pulao


Ingredients:
Chicken  6-7 pieces      Sliced tomatoes   2         Rice  1 bowl      Green cardamoms   2  
Green Chilies   3-4       Black cardamoms   2      Bay leaves  3   Ginger-garlic paste  4 tbs
Sliced onion     2          Oil   4 tbs                        Yogurt   6 tbs   Vinegar  2 tbs
Water   2 glass             salt, blackpepper, mint, corriander as per taste

White Rice PulaoLit the flame. Add 2 glasses of water in a cooking pot, put green chili green and black cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper in it and wait  until it get boiled. Now, add rice and vinegar in it, cover it with lid and let it cook on steam.
Meanwhile, have another pot over stove, pour oil, add chicken in it and  fry it wait until it leaves oil. Now add yogurt , salt , black pepper powder and  fried onion in it then after a while add some ginger garlic paste and tomatoes in it fry it well, then add some mint and coriander leaves in it. Now add the boiled rice in it mix them well put them on steam for 5 minutes and here your delicious White Rice Pulao is ready to serve. Garnish it with salad and serve it with Zeera-Raita.
